Geena Davis – Archery
Geena Davis is an award-winning actress, producer, author, and activist. She has gained critical recognition for her work in television shows in addition to her varied roles in Hollywood. She was a fashion model as well as a member of the Olympic semi-finalist Women’s Archery Team, and she came close to making the 2000 Olympic Team!
Her only previous athletic experience prior to this was on her high school track team, where she competed in high jumping and hurdles. Davis, according to reports, was the 13th best archer in the United States and finished 24th in the Olympic Trials in 1999. She portrayed Bobbi in the 2020 movie, “Ava.”
