We wish we could tell you that this is a joke, but it isn’t. It’s not a prison either. This dear reader is an actual apartment block, where the apartments have an upstairs section, complete with a balcony and a door to come out onto it.
The only problem with that is you won’t be getting any essential vitamin D when lounging on the balcony Because the whole scene is indoors and looks like a prison layout. According to reports, these apartments have no windows, so to meet the fire code, the owner added balconies to jump off from in the event of a fire.
