Maxine Waters has been the U.S. representative for California’s 43rd congressional district since 1991 and is among the only 12 African-American women to serve in the U.S Congress. Apart from that, Waters is the Chairperson of the U.S House Committee for Financial Services.
She owns several properties, one of which is located on the outskirts of Los Angeles, California. The brick-walled house has wrought iron gates and is designed on the lines of a Mediterranean-style home.
