Fat-Free Packaged Foods, Sugar-Full Traps

When we go to the supermarket to buy healthy products to maintain our diet, it is common to go straight to the aisle of fat-free products. The truth is that many times these “fat-free” or “sugar-free” nomenclatures are a bit deceptive since a bad ingredient is often replaced by another.
Nutritionist Rima Kleiner explains that many fat-free products replace fat with more sugar and add artificial flavorings. This means that these products do not have a better nutritional value; in fact, they are just more of the same. So let’s keep searching for other healthy snacks.
