Shake Off Excess Salt

Despite being always available; salt is a dangerous choice. Lynn Anderson, Ph.D., nutritionist and yoga instructor, says, “While it’s initially made from mined salt, it goes through a process that transforms it into something else entirely.”
Excess salt causes several health problems, the best known of which are high blood pressure and heart problems. It is worth remembering that these problems can also be inherited, so it is better to be careful. In order not to give up the flavor, use Celtic or Himalayan salt, which are healthier alternatives and full of essential minerals.
