David Beckham – £31.5 Million, Holland Park
David Beckham and his wife, fashion designer Victoria Beckham, bought their Holland Park townhouse in 2013. They spent £31.5 million on the purchase, and didn’t spare any expense when it came to decorating the London home.
They reportedly had to submit 50 applications before they received the green light to transform the estate and had a tiff with a neighbor who objected to their plans to include air conditioning units in five rooms. Apparently, it is not as dazzling as his new look, one he debuted for the 2021 UNICEF charity cup match.
