Joe Cole – £2.25 million, Merseyside
You would not call Cole the average Joe. He is now selling his luxury 5-bedroom mansion with a staggering £2.25-million price tag. We like the master bedroom the most, which boasts sleek bi-fold doors that open onto a balcony. From there, you can see the sprawling front garden.
For two years, Cole played at Liverpool’s home stadium, Anfield but was on loan to Lille for a one-year spell. After he left, he returned to West Ham, where he was part of the youth academy, and later wound down his career at Aston Villa. He is now a BT Sports pundit.
