It makes no difference if you’re in a good mood. Having this lady sitting next to you on the metro is a certain way to spoil your day. This man doesn’t appear to be having a good time, and we can understand why. After all, cutting your toenails in public is not something you want to do.
Even yet, some commuters act as though they’re the only ones on the train. It’s not only a question of cleanliness and courtesy; it’s also a matter of civility and respect for others. Is it too difficult to comprehend?
