Janet Suzman – Age 82
Janet Suzman has been acting since the year 1962 when she appeared on stage for ‘Billy Liar.’ From then on, Janet’s career did not slow down as she quickly joined the Royal Shakespeare Company, which further catapulted her to stardom. The South Africa-born actress has an impressive resume playing Shakespeare heroines like Portia, Rosalind, Beatrice, and Ophelia.
Some of her later works include ‘Labyrinth’ and ‘The Crown.’ For some of her works, this acclaimed actress has been nominated for numerous awards; that is pretty impressive in itself. We are yet to hear of any news of retirement – we assume that the lovely lady is still actively seeking acting roles.
