Every department of government must be presented and represented as it should be, i.e., on-brand. But some departments can go a little over the top to bring their point across. Take the building to the Russian Ministry Of Agriculture.
Situated in Kazan, this is informally known as the Agricultural Palace and is recognizable by the sizeable oak constructed in an arch on the side of the building. This is one of the major tourist attractions in the city and is even more breathtaking at night with it lit up in green light.
