Marlon Brando Once Laid an Egg

Marlon Brando is one of the most celebrated actors ever to grace our screens. You might remember him as the patriarch of the Corleone family in the 1972 crime thriller, “The Godfather.” Brando’s impeccable interpretation of roles was an asset during his time in Hollywood, and the skill stretches as far back as his time under Stella Adler’s tutelage
Once in an acting class, Adler instructed the class to act like chickens about to have a nuclear bomb dropped on them. While the rest of the class ran around wildly, Brando sat calmly and pretended to lay an egg. In explaining his reaction, Brando said, ‘I’m a chicken- what do I know about bombs?’
