Well… There Goes The Neighborhood
As far as public notices go, this one ranks up there with one of the best/worse. The question is, does this come from the local councilor, or is it just this person’s way of cynically warning people from buying the properties adjacent to his.
On another note, how do potential neighbors not know that his property is a farm? It has to look like a farm, i.e., lots of lands and noisy and publicly indecent animals everywhere. Either way, public notices are common when property owners are looking to start a business and need public consent to make property changes that could affect neighbors.
