Real estate agents are all about selling sunset and luxury, even in the most underwhelming homes. This means nothing they do is simple and to the point, and instead, they spend a lot of time, and words, selling the idea that the house they’re selling is the perfect one for you.
So it’s both surprising and refreshing to see this agent get straight to the point. He also brought all the good stuff to the forefront, telling buyers under no uncertain terms that “This House Doesn’t S^ck.” On the other hand, it also sounds like this agent is having a tough time selling this Chicago property.
