Don’t Cry Over Skim Milk

Skim Milk is something many buy without knowing if it’s good for them. In this case, nutritionist Karen comments that she does not buy skim milk or let her family consume it. According to her, skim milk lacks the necessary fats to help build and maintain the nervous system.
On the other hand, she recommends goat’s milk, which is much easier for us to digest. Furthermore, she recalls that cows in countries like the USA are fed and medicated with various types of chemicals, so the proteins in their milk may not be so healthy.
