Nowadays, she wouldn’t go near a frozen meal because most prepackaged frozen meals are heavily processed, containing refined flour, excessive sodium levels, and a host of additives and preservatives.
Given their nutritional red flags, it’s wise to reconsider using frozen meals as a convenient option. Instead, she recommends exploring healthier alternatives that prioritize whole, unprocessed ingredients. By doing so, we won’t ingest high quantities of chemicals.
