From Italy to Japan, rice is part of many dishes. But according to Caroline Apovian, a specialist in nutrition and weight control specialist, a healthier meal would be based on chicken and vegetables. She explains that “refined grains and most pasta remove the bran and germ from the grains, along with dietary fiber, B vitamins, and iron.”
Although they are tasty, these foods are not as healthy as they seem. But if you don’t have time to cook, choose natural or whole ingredients, which are rich in fiber and essential nutrients, and do not require much dedication in preparation.
