While young audiences may know her as ‘Maya,’ the chic magazine editor of the comedy series ‘Just Shoot Me,’ Laura shot to fame with the acclaimed 1989 film ‘S**, Lies, and Videotape,’ which earned her a Golden Globe nomination for her role.
She ruled film and TV, with eye-catching roles in films like ‘Pretty Woman’ and TV series ‘The Right to Remain Silent and For Their Own Good.’ The chirpy and cute actress has also been vocal about disability-related causes and has advocated for inclusive education.
