Side Effects of Bad Driving
In 2018, Alameda resident Mark Holzmann found this note on his car’s windshield with slashed tires. Yikes! What an upset this must’ve been. Holzmann said that the day before this incident, he overtook a bike rider in a pretty bad manner, and the rider screamed and shouted at him.
The bike rider must have tracked the vehicle down due to its customized license plate. Nonetheless, the owner of this ride registered a complaint with the police department, and the Portland police said that they were going to investigate the case.
