Enrique Iglesias – Aerophobia
Enrique Iglesias used to be so fearful of flying in an airplane, he reportedly even turned to alcohol on one particular plane journey to help alleviate his fear of flying. To combat his phobia, the “Takin’ Back My Love” singer started learning to fly himself, even earning a pilot’s license in the process.
According to some sources, his phobia can be traced back to his transatlantic flight in 2008. While flying to England, the jet lost one of its engines and had to make an emergency landing, which reportedly left pop star shaking in fear. In 2021, Iglesias teamed up with Ricky Martin to co-headline their USA and Canada music tour.
