Sometimes, we just enjoy something so much that, even if it’s bad for us, we indulge just a little. Whether it’s overeating at Christmas, drinking too much at a party, or going too hard the first time at the gym to impress someone. That also goes for the things we say.
Sometimes we just say things off the top of our heads.
