Marianne Faithfull, 74
Die-hard fans of star Marianne Faithfull may not recognize her these days, but her voice packs the same huskiness. Although she was once a highly successful singer in the ’60s, her troubling ways ended up taking a toll on her health. Some of the things that she had to overcome were hepatitis C, a broken hip, breast cancer, and even bulimia.
Faithfull is already 74 and revealed that her memory has also started to deteriorate. Strangely, she revealed recently that she remembers the distant past but not recent events. Despite this, she continues to work on her album She Walks In Beauty.
