Christine McVie, 78
As one of the original members of the ’60s rock band Fleetwood Mac, Christine McVie has contributed a lot to the success of the group. Apart from being the keyboardist, she is also one of the three lead singers and also wrote some of its greatest hits.
Recently, McVie sold her music catalog to Hipgnosis, known for buying rights to songs of famous stars like Beyonce and Neil Young. The sum was undisclosed, but the company has acquired surpa115 songs from the 78-year-old. It also bought the rights to songs of Lindsey Buckingham, another member of Fleetwood Mac.
