Even though it seems only yesterday when the Rolling Stones was taking the world by storm, its members have fallen into the trap of aging. Charlie Watts, the drummer, recently had to withdraw from the group’s upcoming U.S. tour after he underwent an emergency operation.
It wasn’t clear what procedure he had, but it was said that this came after a routine checkup. Although the surgery was successful, Watts sat the tour out to be able to recuperate, even quipping that for the first time, his timing was a little off. Nonetheless, we wish him a speedy recovery.
