Sarah Palin – Scottsdale (Approx. $2.27 Million)
Sarah Palin governed over chilly Alaska from 2006 to 2009, so it’s rather surprising to find out that she chose to purchase a home in sweltering Arizona. Located in the city of Scottsdale, the 7,900-square-foot mansion was purchased in 2011 and upgraded over the years.
Sarah, who separated from her husband of three decades Todd Palin in 2020, notably added a full-size basketball court and putting green made of artificial turf to her 5-acre estate. Inside, the home features open living spaces as well as a dedicated cinema room. The Palins no longer live there, though as it was sold for $2.27 million in 2016.
