It’s not news to anyone that excessive soda can be bad for your health. But some things need to be clarified in this statement, as many people do not understand the amount of calories and sugar these delicious drinks bring into our bodies.

The huge intake of soda in this country, coupled with a sedentary lifestyle, is strongly associated with the rising obesity epidemic.” Juice or sparkling water are much healthier options.
