Frozen Breakfast Sandwich: Let it Go, Let It Go!

Those TV commercials with a table set full of healthy foods, with everything needed to start another day, are not part of most people’s routines. Therefore, the frozen breakfast sandwich seems to be an excellent option. But that’s just in theory!
According to nutritionist Cassandra Golden, these sandwiches can raise LDL cholesterol levels (the bad cholesterol) and lower good HDL cholesterol (the good one), increasing the risk of heart disease, one of the leading causes of death in countries like the USA. No wonder they are called bad fats. Perhaps the time has come to throw those away.
