It’s Just a Worm

There’s a reason food safety officers are strict about sanitation. While most of us only read about cockroach-laden snacks, this customer had a firsthand experience with food contamination. After already eating most of the peaches, they found a worm in their can of peaches. Yikes!
The worm probably didn’t appreciate being canned, either. But jokes aside, consuming contaminated food can lead to serious health issues like stomach upset and, in severe cases, more serious infections. This person might be looking at a big payday from a lawsuit against the company. It’s an icky warning to always inspect your food before digging in!
