Just Looking Out for a Fellow Cyclist

According to the National Bike Registry, approximately 2 million bikes are stolen each year. This is why it’s essential to lock your bike to a rail. However, this photo hilariously reminds us to be careful—we might end up locking our bike to someone else’s! How did this happen? It’s a mystery, but let’s assume they were trying to help out a fellow cyclist.
This may be telling us that even with the best intentions, we can still end up in a comedic situation. Lucky for this mysterious person, the bike owner doesn’t seem too stressed about the incident and just wants a bottle of beer for the inconvenience.
