Cutting It Close
Another online order gone wrong: A friend’s girlfriend’s dad sent an XXXXL cutting board for their housewarming by mistake. It’s so enormous that it stands higher than the countertop! What could they possibly do with it? Add four legs, and voilà, a new table! Interestingly, this massive cutting board would be ideal for butchers or hunters needing a large surface for their meat prep.
The most common housewarming gift is usually a bottle of wine or a houseplant, items that are practical and appreciated. This oversized cutting board, however, became a hilarious and ironic surprise. At least they now have an unforgettable story and a conversation piece for their home!
