Back to the Hospital
Hana and Peter, along with the bear, made their way back toward the hospital. The forest seemed to swallow them whole as they walked, but the bear was now a trusted ally, and it guided them with purpose. Hana’s mind raced as she thought about what they had discovered.
The creatures—the bear the well—were all connected. And now, they had to figure out what to do next. The hospital was close, and Hana knew it was the safest place to tend to the animals. But the answers to the mystery would have to wait. Right now, saving these creatures was the only priority.
