The Perfect Puppy by Chance
They found the shelter in a nearby small city and didn’t expect much to choose from. That turned out to be true. The shade attendant said they only had five dogs, two of which were puppies. Still, one puppy immediately caught their attention. Tim exclaimed excitedly upon seeing it.
The puppy resembled a husky with striking sterling blue eyes. None of them had ever seen such eyes on a dog. Unlike the other dogs who danced for attention, this timid canine smiled from a distance. The attendant explained it had been left without any paperwork at their door the previous night. Despite this, the Andersons wanted the puppy.
