When You’re A Rich Officer But Still Has To Go To Jail

Baltimore’s officer Ethan Newberg, who had been serving for over two decades, faced the music after it was found that he had assaulted people and abused his power by going after people who questioned his tactics in 2019. Ironically, it was found that he was the highest paid in the force in the city with $260,775.
Newberg was suspended after body camera footage found him grabbing a man who questioned him for making another person sit on a wet sidewalk. The victim was shoved on the pavement as another police officer knelt on his back.
