One of Judge Carlos Moore’s impressive moves was when he instructed a 17-year-old to turn his Cs to Bs in the next report to skip adjudication. Another 18-year-old woman, who had a speeding ticket, was told she would be off the hook if she exercised her right to vote and bring the authority the proof that she really did.
