Who Knew Tears Were Not Office Friendly
This would be funny if people didn’t have real reasons to cry, but why do your think that sign had to go up? There are so many people living with depression which is not surprising considering the state of the world. But this sign gives off the vibe that employees have been crying a lot, and it’s not helping the business move forward.
Apparently, instead of investigating the root cause of something like this, the solution is to instruct them to stop crying before resuming work. It’s just one of many absurd requests by managers; another that was reported claimed all male workers were instructed to sit while using the toilet.
