Last Night’s Dinner Started With A Bang

There are many ways to start the evening off with a bang. You could put on your best outfit and tease your date into the bedroom filled with roses and candles, or wow your guests with a perfectly cooked meal that has rare ingredients, or find a large squash and put it straight in the microwave.
The fact that this happens often enough is a sign that popular science education is a worthy and noble endeavor, which would, in the least, lead to fewer explosions in the kitchen. Perhaps there would also be fewer people who roast their cash in the microwave, too; we can only dream!
