She was forbidden from visiting the surface all the more interacting with humans. One time, she fell in love with a person named Eric, so she traded her voice for feet to Ursula.
One of the film’s songs, “Part of Your World,” was almost removed from the movie. In 2016, it was announced that Disney was working on a live-action remake of the movie, set to be released in 2023.
