Bon Jovi – China
When the government canceled plans for the band’s debut concerts in the nation, it was a sad year for Bon Jovi fans in China. Fans expected the show to happen until things went wrong because the band members had eagerly marketed it with performances set in Beijing and Shanghai.
The reason for the cancellation was potentially the band using a background featuring the Dalai Lama for a 2010 Taiwan performance. One can’t even begin to fathom how devastated their fans were to learn that both concerts had been postponed from the booking website. However, Taiwanese fans were delighted since they got to see more of their favorite star.
