WALL·E (2008), 1 hr 38 mins – IMDb user rating: 8.4

The list of family movies wouldn’t be complete without the Pixar animated movie “WALL·E,” touted to be the best movie of 2008. The story revolved around the titular character, a robot left on uninhabitable earth to clean the trashed place. One day, it was surprised to see another tech creation named EVE and fell in love with it, carefully following her in her quest.
Human beings, meanwhile, were taken to space through starliners, where they had developed a lazy lifestyle. The Academy-winning picture doesn’t only teach the values of loyalty and kindness but also mirrors the environmental and consumerism issues that we face.
