The 1941 animated Disney movie “Dumbo” remains enchanting because of the lesson it teaches the audience. It tells the story of Jumbo Jr., who other elephants called Dumbo after witnessing his massive ears unfold. While working in the circus, the pachyderm developed a strange but genuine friendship with a mouse named Timothy, aside from his loving mother.
Dumbo had always felt bad whenever the other animals poke fun at him but it was Timothy who encouraged him to explore his true potential. Later, the duo learned that the elephant has a unique skill: he can fly with his ears!
