While some might question Tom Cruise’s decision to buy a $59-million estate in Telluride, his $2 million Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, or his watch collection, they do make financial sense if you think about it. What does not make sense, is buying a whole sonogram machine worth $200k for your pregnant girlfriend.
When his then-girlfriend and former wife Katie Holmes was expecting their first child, Cruise spared no expenses and even bought a sonogram machine, so the couple could monitor their unborn child in the comfort and privacy of their own home. In September 2021, Cruise wrapped up filming for the highly-anticipated seventh sequel of the Mission: Impossible saga.
