Lynsi Snyder – $3.6 billion

Harry and Esther Snyder, Lynsi’s grandparents, established In-N-Out Burger in 1948, becoming California’s first drive-thru burger joint. When Harry passed, he left the company to his sons, Guy and Richard. When both died, Esther took over the company’s day-to-day operations once more as Lynsi was only 18.
Lynsi acquired the company after a series of deaths in the family left her as the sole heir. Upon taking hold of the company, she technically only owned 50% of it, becoming the sole owner when she turned 35. Lynsi has developed the popular burger chain in her time as its head and said in 2021 that she’d never sell it.
