Boeing T-7 Red Hawk – Cost: $26.2 Million

The Boeing T-7 Red Hawk is a training jet used by the United States Air Force to prepare pilots for flying fighter jets. It was developed by Boeing in partnership with Saab, a Swedish aerospace company. The Air Force signed a $9.2 billion contract with Boeing in 2018 for 351 trainer aircraft and 46 simulators.
The T-7 Red Hawk is equipped with virtual simulators which allow instructors and students to experience what it is like to fly a fighter jet. Because of this, it is highly unlikely that the T-7 Red Hawk will ever see battle, as it is primarily used as a training aircraft.
