Boeing AH-64 Apache – Cost: $52 Million

When Boeing created the AH-64 Apache, they promised that it would be a durable and reliable helicopter. It looks like they have kept their promise as the Apache has become the United States Army’s go-to all-weather helicopter. It is outfitted with the Longbow fire-control radar system, allowing pilots to identify and categorize both stationary and mobile targets.
The Apache is also fitted with a range of rocket pods and missiles, making it an efficient attack helicopter. Since it first flew in the ’70s, Boeing has made several improvements and updates to the Apache, including the addition of slots for new electronics.
